Our services include:

*      PERSONALIZED daily training schedules designed around your           
  specific  needs and goals, and the event for which you are training (view
  below).

*      Training schedules that include customized training workouts,                   
  incorporating varying training intensities, as well as strength training      
  “exercises of the week”.

*      Client discounts on brand name shoes, clothes, and apparel.

*      Ability to communicate one-on-one every day with your coach to ask any 
 questions you have regarding your training – via email, instant
 messaging, and scheduled appointments.

*     Articles delivered weekly, covering all areas of fitness and disciplines – 
 including tips on improving your weakest discipline, clothing and gear,
 nutrition, hydration, recovery, etc.

*      Weekly check-ins with your coach to follow your progress and
 development.

*      Tips and information on specific race courses and advice for race day 
 (including race day checklists and guidelines)

*      Training logs that you can use for tracking and calculating your progress -
  including speed, distance, and time.

*      Pre-race day check-in with your coach, which gives you a chance for any
 last minute advice and support.

*      Follow-up after the race.
