Marathon training program
The
Marathon distance (or 26.2 miles) can seem like a daunting task. But
whether you are a beginner with this distance or have been running these
events for years, we have a program to help you every step of the way. We
mix in long runs, plenty of rest periods, tapering days, and a gentle
progression toward the race. You will find our program structured to
your time – day after day. This is a plan that is made especially for
you! Throughout your training program, you will have as much communication
with your online coach as you need and the support to carry you through.
Your online coach is available through email, instant messaging, and other
scheduled appointments to help you accomplish your individual goals. You
will also have weekly check-ups to make sure you are progressing
