Half Marathon Training Program
The Half Marathon (or 13.1 miles)
is typically for those who have experienced the 5-K and 10-K races and are
moving up their distance – possibly even on their way to a marathon.
Experienced runners enjoy the Half M
arathon because it is a comfortable distance, and the time to train and recover is less than
in a full marathon. Before you start this program, you will need to have a basic
fitness level and have experience in running. From there, we can take your
running to a new level. Our personalized training program can help you,
whatever your goals may be. We are here to support and communicate with you
throughout your training, so no question of yours should go unanswered. You
will also have weekly check-ups from your coach to follow your progress and
make sure you are on the right track. We are here to help you!
