5-K Run Training Program

The 5-K (or 3.1 miles) is the most popular racing distance in the United States.  Beginners and experienced runners alike enjoy this distance for its manageability, short recovery, and enjoyable distance.  Those who are beginners at running will find the 5-K a great way to break into the sport; while those experienced runners can increase their speed in a fairly short amount of time with our personalized training programs.  Weekly fitness articles can also help you increase your fitness knowledge, while providing you with invaluable training tips.  Our structured 8-week program can help get you moving farther and faster than you ever imagined!
