10-K Training Program

The 10-K distance (or 6.2 miles) is a great distance to race.  It is more of a challenge than 5-K races, yet the recovery and training times are very manageable.  If you are a beginner and have done some jogging or walking, we can help you easily cross that finish line with success. If you have been running 5-K races, and are looking for the next challenge, this distance is for you. If you are a more experienced runner and are looking to challenge your speed records, we have a customized program for you, too. Whatever your objective is, our personalized training programs can help achieve your goal.  Our training logs will also help you track and calculate your progress as you develop your skills and show improvement.  Let us support you through your 10-K training.
